ICT room booking system is a utility designed to make it easy for people to use and easy to manage Bookings may be made simultaneously over a network by more than one user without loss of data.

Advanced features of the application make the room booker flexible to your needs, you can:

• Select the number of bookable slots in the day,
  
• Select the periods they are bookable for,
• Define break periods and evening class slots.
• Input the facilities that are available in each room and its maximum capacity.
• 10 (or more) computer rooms or other resources can be booked
• Web hosted with user management optionFully compatible with windows Active directory ( if hosted by school own network)
• Can limit users to book the number of rooms.
• Administrator has full access to booking system.
• Users can only remove their own booked rooms.

Software Options:

Hosted:
We provide web host server with user management tool, so you can export all users from active directory to csv file, and then we can import all user name to the database.
Users can change their password once they login.

On Premise:
If you want to use this booking system on your own web server. It is very simple, we will sent you encrypted database, which is fully compatible with Active Directory.

System Requirement only for own web server:

• Windows 2000 or above web server
• IIS 5.0 or above
• Php 4.0 or above
• Mysql 4.0 or above

Support for the Software

We offer 8 x 5 hour email support for all technical issues and complete high bandwidth usage hosting with data base backups for security.
From time to time new features are added to the program at users request and these will be made available to other software users up to 12 months after the date of purchase.

Software Fee

Hosted:
From £40 per year/per room with an initial set-up fee of £400. This covers updating the system, support and hosting so there is no work involved for you.
On Premise:
From £30 per year/per room with an initial set-up fee of £550. This covers updating the system and support.
