HK is a leading hair & beauty business in north London. With a range of awards for hairdressing, they recently branched out into product retail using e-commerce channels.

Requirement
To support their new e-commerce operations, the client required an office network for the new team and its retail and distribution operation. The client required a solution that would enable their team to maximise productivity, share resources, ability for sales team to access email and documents whilst on the move.

Perceptive's Business IT Manager consulted with the client to help them roadmap their current and future requirements paying attention to possible solutions that would need to be implement at each staqe of their growth plans, this involved requirements analysis and evaluation of CRM solutions, retail ERP system, this enabled Perceptive to specify a network that would scale and support their growth plans.

Solution
Within the space of 10 days Perceptive designed and specified the clients network including cabling, server, desktops, firewalls and connectivity. The systems was configured in our lab and delivered onsite minimising disruption and ensuring quick start to users.

To protect their data, perceptive implemented its secure online backup ensuring that servers and business data is securely backup up in a secure data centre.
